Store Policy
Payment Policy
A gecko can from $300 on can be put on hold with a 25% non-refundable deposit. From the date of that deposit, you have 30 days to complete the full payment.
Any amount that has been paid will be forfeited if full payment hasn't been made by 30 days. Payment is required in full before shipping. All payments will be accepted through Zelle. I will accept PayPal and Vemo payment but only if payment is made as "friends and family/Purchases".
Live Arrival Guarantee
I guarantee all geckos will be healthy when shipped. In the case of a gecko being dead upon arrival, I must be notified within one hour after delivery. A credit for the full purchase amount will be given (excluding shipping cost).
Drop Tails
I take no responsibility for any gecko that drops its tail during shipment. As most people know geckos can drop their tails for any little thing/reason.
Shipping & Temperatures
Geckos will be shipped via FedEx through Reptiles2you.com on Tuesday or Wednesday . I prefer that you pick up at your local FedEx Ship Center, so the gecko can get into your care as fast as possible, but if delivery is guaranteed by 10:30 A.M. in your area, we may consider that option. If no one is home to sign for the package the health guarantee is no longer valid. Any issues with your gecko should be made aware to us within one hour after delivery.
I ship when temperatures are between roughly 40 and 80 degrees. Weather will be monitored to make sure no storms are expected to come in that could delay the animal at the hub. I check that we have proper shipping temps on both ends of the process as well as the shipping hubs. Delays could put your new pet at risk, we will do our best to avoid any dangerous situations.
A heat pack, cold pack and/or a Phase 22 cryopack will be included if needed at no extra charge. Your gecko is kept as comfortable as possible on its way to its new home. We can hold a gecko until shipping temps and weather conditions are good on both our end and the receiving end. Shipping charges are never refunded.
