Notice of the following terms are the responsibility of the buyer. Curts Creatures is not responsible for failure to read or understand our store policy.
Health
We have a 100% health guarantee on all animals at the time of sale. If you should have an issue with an animal within 24 hours of delivery, contact Curts Creatures immediately by email.
All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed.
Genetics are guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
All animals will have a minimum of 5 consecutive meals before shipping. All animals will be feeding well on their own at the time of sale. We do not guarantee an animal will feed under your care.
Shipping
Live arrival is guaranteed on hub to hub shipments. Shipping will be through FedEx priority overnight only on Tuesday, & Wednesday. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and any special instructions prior to shipping. Shipments to a FedEx staffed hub must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery or the live guarantee is terminated. Insurance at the buyer’s expense is recommended. We are not responsible for a carrier related delay.
In the unlikely event an animal is DOA, the buyer must notify us by email within ONE hour of the delivery receipt with a clear photo of the deceased animal. Any deviation from these requirements terminates live guarantee.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered on animals valued above $300 with a 30% non-refundable deposit. Terms of the plan is a 30% down payment with a 30 day period to pay the remaining balance. Animals will be held until the plan is paid in full.
Payments can be made PayPal Friends and Family or Cashapp.
