Bad communication. After not shipping when agreed, I asked to keep me updated even if he couldn't ship that week. He didn't message me for 29 days. I messaged again, and he finally shipped. After 19 days with me, snake still not marked as "sold." - May. 30, 2022

Beautiful animals, but the seller has terrible communication. Overall, I believe it took 3 weeks to "purchase" and get back with me that he recieved money. Now I have questions about the animals but he wont answer back. - Mar. 30, 2022

Communication was spotty and days went by between replies. Shipping took days longer than the overnight shipping we paid for and a tiny heat pack was all that was provided. The seller had no idea of the birth date. The snake itself is perfection. - Mar. 11, 2021
