About
We are breeders who truly love every snake in our collection. Most of our snakes are fed frozen thawed, only excluding a few picky hatchlings. All of our ball python breeders have been Nidovirus tested and are negative. Shipping is $70 flat rate for all snakes. A 25% non refundable deposit will hold a snake for up to 30 days.
Store Policy
Genetics are guaranteed to the best of our ability; recessive traits are guaranteed unless noted as possible hets. Due to the complexity of Co-Dominant genetics when stacked it can be difficult to identify the correct genetics, in this case we cannot guarantee them when multiple co-dom genes are at play.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we must be notified via text or email within 1 hour of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you. After that, all sales are FINAL.
Dead on arrival animals must be reported within 1 hour of arrival. We will require pictures, video and the return of the animal before issuing a refund or replacing the animal.
Animal temperament varies and is dependent on their environment, any perceived threats, feeding response and other factors. Therefore, animal temperament is not guaranteed. Please do not ask us the personality of a new hatchling. Any animal that you purchase will need your own time, attention, and handling.
All hatchlings will have eaten at least 3 frozen thawed meals before leaving. Travel, new homes, and being handled are stressful for all snakes. This can lead to your new snake not wanting to eat for you. We will do our best to offer advice on how to get your snake back on food, but ultimately this is your responsibility, as the snakes environment is now out of our control. Please do your research before purchasing.
All prices are plus $70 shipping.
Local pick-up or meet is available.
We ship with Ship Your Reptiles (FedEx priority overnight), Tuesdays, when temperatures are above 35 degrees F and below 100 degrees F, and weather permitting. We ship to local hubs ONLY. Live arrival guarantees are provided as long as shipments to a hub are picked up promptly (within 1 hour of arrival). If incorrect shipping information is given, guarantees are VOID.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash (local), credit cards through Square, Venmo, CashApp and PayPal. PayPal will be an additional 3% to cover the seller fees. Any attempts at fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Payment must be made in full before any animal is shipped.
DEPOSITS / HOLDS / PAYMENT PLANS
A deposit of 25% is required for any animal to be placed on hold. Animals remain for sale until the deposit is received. This deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment must be received within 30 days, unless other arrangements have been made; failure to pay in full will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the animal being relisted. Please note that there will be no refunds on money collected on payment plans.
