By purchasing or starting a payment plan from DAB Exotics you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the following terms and conditions
Must be 18 or over to purchase a reptile.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale, for any reason, at any time.
For online transactions, DAB Exotics prefers PayPal Goods & Services (accepts all major credit cards) as a payment method.
We welcome payment plans on orders exceeding $250 with at least a 30% deposit. Please note that all deposits are non refundable but may be transferable. All payments must be completed within 30 days from initial deposit (unless otherwise agreed upon). If the agreed upon terms of a payment plan are broken then all prior payments will be forfeited. Reptiles will not be placed “on hold” without receiving the minimum deposit.
Shipping arrangements will only be made once payment has been received in full. Currently we are only shipping to the contiguous United States and we only ship out on Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday morning at this time.
Shipping starts at a flat rate of $50 for the first reptile and an additional $10 for each reptile after. Larger shipments may reflect higher shipping costs which will be disclosed prior to any payments being made. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once payment is received in full, we will reach out to confirm the address and best date to ship. We will not ship until the address and date is confirmed. We reserve the right to postpone shipping due to inclement weather, reptile feeding schedules, and personal scheduling conflicts. With that said, please note that we will do everything in our power to ship as close to receiving payment as possible.
If shipping is not preferred, we can arrange for pick up at any of the expos we vend. Contact us for expo dates and locations.
We guarantee that we only sell and ship out healthy reptiles.
We guarantee live arrival on all shipments that are sent hub to hub. The live arrival guarantee is only valid if the shipment is picked up on the day of arrival. If someone is not available to pick up, and the shipment is left at the hub, all health guarantees are void. If shipment is not sent hub to hub, per customers request, all health guarantees are void.
Once the shipment is received it is to be opened immediately. Once opened, the customer is to let us know they received the shipment and the condition of the reptile(s) upon arrival. If customer does not contact us within 1 hour of arrival, all health guarantees are void.
In the very unlikely event that a reptile is dead on arrival, we will require an immediate email including pictures and/or videos. We will attempt to replace the reptile if possible, issue credit/transfer for a future purchase, or refund your money if a replacement reptile is not available.
We guarantee the health of all reptiles for 7 days after arrival. If your reptile becomes sick or ill within 7 days of arrival, we will attempt to replace the reptile if possible, issue credit/transfer for a future purchase, or refund your money if a replacement reptile is not available. Proof of illness or death is required. Please note, health guarantees do not cover tail loss during shipping.
We guarantee all reptiles will be sexed correctly if listed as “Male” or “Female”. Any reptile sold as “unsexed”, “TSM” (Temperature Sexed Male), “TSF” (Temperature Sexed Female), “Probable Male” or “Probable Female” cannot be guaranteed. In the event that a reptile is incorrectly sexed, it can be return shipped for a full refund, credit, or replacement. Return shipping is paid by the customer upfront and reimbursed once we can verify the sex.
