SHIPPING
Prices do not include shipping. Shipping is a minimal rate of $50 and is sent via FedEx Overnight to anywhere in the continental US. Some shipping rates may be more due to weight limits and certain areas within the continental U.S. Weather and holiday seasonal time might delay shipping of snake(s), and the snakes’s safety and health is a priority for us. Orders $1,000 or over ship for free! If you are local to us and prefer pickup, please contact us so we can set up a meeting time and place.

LIVE ARRIVAL
Guaranteed that all pythons will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that pythons shipped to your door are signed for and received on the first delivery attempt. If the python dies during shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence the python is dead. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), please contact us immediately so we can provide suitable solution.
DOOR SHIPMENTS
Only ship to your door if the daytime low temperature is above 40 and the high is below 90 degrees Fahrenheit. If weather conditions are outside of the temperature range, please contact us for possible overnight delivery to the nearest FedEx (hub) facility in your area for an in-person pickup. Live arrival guarantee is void on shipments not signed for and received on the first delivery attempt.
GENETICS AND INFORMATION OF PYTHON(S)
Guaranteed the genetics and sex of your python(s). Also provide biographical information on each python sold. In the event you do not receive the python(s) you purchased, please contact immediately so to provide suitable solution.
PAYMENT Full payment must be made prior to shipment.
