Store Policy
SALES & HEALTH GUARANTEE
Our shipping window is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, March through November. For animals or groups with a shipping cost exceeding $1000, the shipping cost is included within the United States.
All animals are shipped via Reptiles2You through FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping.
We guarantee that animals will arrive healthy and in good condition. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), the buyer is required to provide an unboxing video/photo after signing for the package at a FedEx location or within reason of picking up the animal.
We guarantee the sex of the animal being delivered, and any claims regarding the sex of the animal must be made within 7 days of its arrival. We encourage buyers to double-check the sex upon receipt.
GENETIC POLICY
We do not provide a 100% guarantee for Incomplete Dominant (Co-dom) genes in "complex" multi (Co-dom) animals, as the identification of multi-gene animals can be intricate due to their complexity. We do, however, offer a 100% guarantee for Recessive / Heterozygous Genetics and the gender of the animal being delivered.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment methods: Venmo, Zelle (Bank Transfer), and debit/credit via Square invoice.
Payment plans are available with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due within 30 days. Longer payment plans may be considered during months when shipping is not available or for higher-value animals.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event that a buyer is unable to finalize a payment plan, all funds will remain usable as store credit for a later date.
