I am a small Hobbyist breeder who does this because I love it. I take pride in my animals and I enjoy being able to share it.
Store Policy
By purchasing a reptile from Daydream Reptile's, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
A animal can be put on hold for 50% of the purchase price, and is non-refundable should you decide not to get that gecko. We don’t accept swaps mid purchase. A animal will not be placed on hold until deposit has been received. Holds will be held for up to one month unless specified otherwise.
Payment arrangements are available and will be on a case by case basis. Any arrangements must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
We are not responsible to chase you for payments. Payments must be made BY THE AGREED UPON DATE AND TIME!!! Or the animal will be made available.
Shipping fees are always an additional cost and paid for by the buyer (Shipping costs can vary). Reptiles Express will be used . We will not ship if temperatures on either end or at any hubs that the gecko will be held at are not appropriate for the health of the animal. You must be available to receive your animal. If you will not be available, the animal MUST be held at the hub for pick up. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. Thursday shipping may be possible, contact us for details. Local Delivery or Pick up welcome as well.
All reptiles sold by Daydream Reptile's have a 7 day health guarantee. You are responsible for messaging us to let me know that your animal arrived safley and in good condition, pictures are preferred as well. If you fail to contact us within 1 hour of arrival time, all health guarantees are null and void. If your animal becomes sick or dies within a week, I will offer a replacement gecko/boa or credit for purchase of another animal at Daydream Reptile's. Proof of illness and/or death is required. Health guarantees do not cover any injury sustained after arrival....ie : injury from other pets, tail loss, burns, etc. Please try to keep cats away from gecko enclosures, as they are responsible for many gecko deaths. Tail loss during shipment is not covered, shipping can cause stress which may lead to tail loss. We are not responsible for any delays or other issues caused by the carrier.
All reptiles sold as Male or Female are guaranteed to be those sexes. All geckos sold as Probable Male/Female are not guaranteed (as they are my best guess based on weight and pore visibility).
When a gecko is purchased but remains in my care prior to shipping no refunds will be offered in the occurrence of a tail drop. (It happens sometimes for no real reason although not often).
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
