Store Policy
A discount may be accepted for full upfront purchases., payment plans are also accepted on an individual basis.
We accept the following payment methods:

Animals can be held for up to 8 weeks with a 25% Non-refundable deposit.
We offer collection, or happy to use DEFRA approved courier at the expense of the buyer. We are happy for either the customer or ourselves to arrange this.

Once a deposit/purchase has been placed, the animal will be On Hold. We won't hold animals without a deposit, and I work on a first come first serve basis.
Full payment for any animal needs to be recieved before we will release it. It is up to the customer to make payments, and to cover full payment within the timeframe agreed.
