About
We are James and Courtney DeHart, husband and wife team with a passion for reptiles turned into a business. We have four amazing kids who share our love for our scaly friends and we are hoping to pass down all that we know and learn to them while on this journey!
We are currently specialized in breeding ball pythons & crested geckos. We hope for this to not only be fun for our family, but to also serve as an educational platform for our children and potential clientele.

Store Policy
***Due to COVID-19 which may cause FedEx delays, reptiles will only be shipped out Tuesday or Wednesday direct to a FedEx Hub near you for a next day pickup. Also at this time, we will not be accepting payment plans for our animals.***
PRICING:
We will consider REASONABLE offers.
Examples of REASONABLE offers include 5% off and/or free shipping; especially if more than one animal is purchased at a time. Whether an offer is accepted or not will depend on price, quantity and garnered interest. Please keep in mind that this is a business, a hobby, and a labor of love and passion.
^The reptile isn't SOLD until payment has been received; so we reserve the right to move on. Serious buyers only!
^If an invoice has not been paid within 24hrs we will cancel it and assume you have moved on. If we extend a second chance, reissue an invoice, and it still isn't paid in a timely manner; again it will be canceled and we will have moved on.
^If a listing states FIRM on the price, it is just that.
^For the most part we will not entertain trades; unless the listing states otherwise.
REFUND POLICY:
Full refunds will only be given in the event of a DOA based on our live arrival guarantee, IF the requirements stated were in fact met.
^"Buyer's Remorse":
If for some reason, a customer has "buyer's remorse" after payment has been received,
but BEFORE the reptile has been shipped; a 25% "restocking" fee will be retained! This includes: using rent money and regretting it, robbing Peter to pay Paul, not checking your rental agreement on pet policies before purchasing or any other irresponsibility purchase! Once the reptile is shipped and received, no refunds will be issued for this reason.
GUARANTEES:
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, properly sexed, eating/eliminating normally, and to have shed at least once.
Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We want you to be happy with the animals you receive!
Live arrival is guaranteed between 35 to 90 degrees IF:
^1. [Customer] over 18 years of age was available to receive the package.
^2. [Customer] opened the package immediately upon arrival.
^3. [Customer] took pictures/video of unboxing for proof.
^4. [Customer] reached out immediately for reimbursement.
Live arrival guarantee will be VOID if you are not present for first attempted delivery by FedEx or have provided an incorrect delivery address. If there is any special request regarding delivery, please notify us directly via email or phone prior to day of shipment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Full payment is required before any animal is shipped. We accept all major credit cards via PayPal invoice as well as CASH if you happen to be local. Once an invoice is issued it must be paid (for payment plans this means the deposit) within 12 hrs or it will be cancelled and we will move on to the next interested party; so please, pay promptly to avoid missing out!
^Payment Plans:
30 or 60 (90 for return customers only) day plans are available for any purchase(s) totalling $300.00 or more. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required! We also reserve the right to add up to an additional 25% in order to justify taking our reptile off market. Total price and terms will be negotiated and agreed upon prior to first (non-refundable) deposit payment. Please inquire if you would like to get more info on a payment plan possibility.
SHIPPING:
All animals are shipped to your door or local hub via FedEx priority overnight Monday through Thursday weather permitting; taking into consideration, the temperatures at origin, the main hub, as well as destination.
^Temps:
Below 35˚: No shipping
Between 35˚and 49˚: FedEx Hub
Between 50˚and 85˚: Door to door and/or FedEx Hub
Between 86˚and 90˚: FedEx Hub
Over 90˚: No Shipping
^Cost:
$50-$75: gecko/small ball pythons
$75-$100: adult ball pythons
FREE shipping on orders >$1000 (not payment plans)
