We ship our animals with Live Arrival Guaranteed FedEx Priority Overnight Service. Our shipping rate is a flat $55 anywhere in the US for up to 3 reptiles at a time.
We only ship on Wednesday.
****We will ONLY deliver to your nearest FedEx location to ensure the animals safety.
We do not ship until we speak with the customer to arrange a delivery date.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase.
CANCEL an order: you must cancel before we notify you that your order is shipped. You will then receive a full refund.
REFUNDS: All sales are final. In the event of an unhealthy animal, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the animal. We will then discuss options determined with each individual case.
