Hello and Welcome
My name is Brian J. Chumsae, Owner of Dinky Reptiles and Aquatics located here in Auburn, MA. Breeder of Reptiles for over 16 years and hands on experience of over 20 years. I started my Reptile Rage at the age of 8 and it's stuck ever since. All of my knowledge is hands on experience I've dealt with over the years with animal husbandry / care / breeding. I have over 8 years invested in Animal Sciences which I obtained at UMass.
I make sure to provide excellent customer care when you come and visit my shop. Gather your questions and stop on down. You wont be disappointed.

Deposits on Animals and Purchase - There is a 25% Non refundable deposit to hold any animal which will be part of our payment agreement. Any payments made are refundable by Store Credit Only. The store credit for payments made, can be applied to other animals in our store.
For those who need Shipment on orders:
* We here @ DinKy Reptiles and Aquatics like to see our customers Happy and Guarantee 100% healthy animals & Satisfaction.
* We Guarantee live arrival, 100% healthy animals. FedEx delivery is usually by 10:30am to most area's that accept it, otherwise to a time specified. * * We use Ship Your Reptiles via FedEx. For any questions or problems that may occur, please email us at [email protected], so that we may assist you.
* You must call within 2 hours of arrival for any claims or issues. We do not cover shipping charges either way unless otherwise noted.
* No Live Arrival Guarantee below 40* or above 80* F
* We are not responsable for loss or weather Storm delays made by the shipper (FedEx) . All Guanrantees will be voided and you must then take your claim up with FedEx.
* All sales are final on shipping or payment plan animals - We do not provide cash refunds on shipment or payment plan animals - Store credit only
