About
Our company started with our first purchase of a pied ball python. The goal was to recoup the funds associated with the purchase by breeding. Purchase after purchase, one snake turned into many as I was beginning to learn how amazing these beautiful creatures can be. I have a big stance on quality and healthy animals and you will not find anything less than those standards.
Store Policy
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 30 and 90. Email us with a zip code for a quote.
Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.
If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within TWO hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within ONE hour of delivery.
