Small family run online business out of the Great State Of NH.We maintain a small collection of ball pythons and will expand to around 50 . We have no desire to be any bigger . We spend a lot of time with each animal to ensure it is healthy and happy .

PROMISE TO OUR CUSTOMERS-All animals are healthy and feeding unless noted otherwise. We sell only the best quality available either bred by us or picked from trusted breeders in the U.S.
Please be aware of your own local wildlife laws and regulations. No animals will be knowingly sold in violation of any state or federal laws. Please do not even ask.
Please note that your failure to read our terms and conditions, whether intentional or accidental will under no circumstances be reason to consider them altered or void.

Shipping is carried out by FedEx via Reptile Xpress Priority Overnight services Monday – Wednesday. Once we ship your reptile, it will arrive at your door the very next day. Shipments usually arrive in the morning before noon; however, it may arrive in the afternoon for certain rural areas.
Shipping cost subject to change, cost is based on weight of the animal and size of the box needed to ship.
We will not ship your animal until we confirm the order & shipping address with you and confirm that you will have someone at the address provided to receive and sign for your animal. If your animal is returned to the shipping HUB due to absence at delivery ALL GUARANTEES WILL BE NULLIFIED. We only ship Monday – Tuesday via FedEx next day, if you choose to pick animal up from a FedEx hub, you must do so within two (2) hours of arrival or hub opening or ALL GUARANTEES WILL BE NULLIFIED. ACCLIMATION: Shipping can be a stressful endeavor for animals. We recommend that your new snake is allowed to acclimate in its new enclosure for 3-5 days before you attempt to feed or handle it. We recommend the use of a rack system for your snake(s) to ensure their comfort and confidence, using other types of enclosures, such as tanks, can make acclimation, feeding and shedding difficult. We are happy to advise you on the best practices for keeping ball pythons, but ultimately we assume no responsibility for how your new snake(s) acclimates to your enclosure.
Health Guarantee
All reptiles purchased from me are guaranteed healthy, sexed , regularly feeding, and represented honestly to the best of my ability. After your new reptile has arrived, open the package and inspect your new animal. We must be notified the same day of the recorded delivery date of any issues. We have no control of what the customer does or the type of environment the animal is placed in, so this is as far as the health guarantee goes.
All animals will be shipped to the listed name on the paypal account, address listed on your paypal account will be the default shipping address unless previously specified.
We do not take responsibility for the animal after delivery, most people that buy these animals know how to care for them, but there is always one.........…

Returns
We do not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the animal was DOA or violated our animal guarantee. All DOA claims must be made within one (1) hour of animal arrival accompanied with either photos or a video of the unpackaging. Time of delivery will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery.
