About
We are a small family run farm in the southwest. We raise all kinds of animals, both furry and cold blooded. Ball pythons are an exciting new addition for us.
Store Policy
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for purchases over $500.00. A non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total cost (including shipping) is due within 24 hours to hold the listed snake. If deposit is not received within 24 hours the invoice will remain open for payment, the snake will be taken off hold and available for purchase by others. If the snake is purchased by another the invoice will be cancelled.
The remaining balance is due within 60 days of the invoice. The initial 30 days of feed and care is paid for by Double A Arrow reptiles. After 30 days a flat rate of $5 a week will charged for feeding/care of the snake. Weather permitting the snake will ship the Tuesday or Wednesday following payment.
Forms of Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Bank Transfer and Apple Pay. Invoice will be emailed to you for easy payment options.
Gender and Genetics Guarantee: Correct gender and recessive genes are fully guaranteed. Incomplete dominant genes are not guaranteed due to the complexity and highly variable appearance. We will provide genetics and photos of parents which have been proven through breeding.
Shipping days: Tuesday or Wednesday
Health Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for healthy arrival. If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proved by the buyer with photos and/or videos, the buyer must file the claim with Double A Arrow Reptiles within for (4) hours of receipt of the animal. Buyer must return the sick or injured animal to Double A Arrow Reptile within one (1) week of the claim. Refund of the animal will be made, once the animal is returned to Double A Arrow Reptiles.
Virus Testing Policy: Double A Arrow Reptiles supports virus testing. To qualify for the virus protection of your animal purchased from Double A Arrow Reptiles, Buyer must take a swab test for viral diseases in reptiles and package it up for the lab, with the shipping label, within two (2) business days of receiving the animal. Buyer must provide photographic evidence of the swab test with the correct purchased animal. Any positive test results must be reported to Double A Arrow Reptiles within four (4) weeks of the time that the kit was shipped. If Buyer messes up the swab and does not ge a valid result, Double A Arrow Reptiles is no longer responsible beyond our standard health guarantee.
