Store Policy
Payments accepted are Cash app and Venmo ( NOTE If you choose to use goods and services protection via Venmo or square invoice additional fees/Tax will be added) or square invoicing to a email.
All sales are final once purchased. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at anytime for any reason. Please if you inquire please be ready to check your messages. We get many who inquire and have to be fair to all waiting only message when your ready to move forward or if just general questions.
Payments plans- non refundable deposit and we reserve right to terminate hold/sale if payment is not made as agreed ON TIME. If you are not gonna be on time we have to know by you (NOT US MESSAGING YOU TO FIND OUT) If we see fit the arrangement is gone on too long with making payments we give you 1 last chance before you forfeit hold and deposit.

For insurance to cover DOAS Temps must be higher day/night than 35 degrees and above at night or in am and below 100 degrees .All shipments are pick up at fedex hub only and MUST be within 2hrs after arrival otherwise were not responsible.(Please don't have shipped if cannot be home day of arrival and pick up within guidelines time) These guidelines are for insurance purposes to be covered if issue of DOA or lost package is paid.

All animals are 100% healthy and guaranteed live arrival. At this time we are only shipping to FedEx Hubs. All shipments must be picked up within 2 hours of availability or guarantee may be voided.
