Terms of Service
When you purchase an animal from Zadistic Exoticz, you agree to all of the terms listed:
There are no holds on any animal without a 25% deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining payment is due 4-6 weeks after initial deposit, unless otherwise agreed on by Zadistic Exoticz. If not paid within the agreed upon timeframe, the animal is considered forfeit and is available to be re-listed.
You must be 18 years old, or older, to purchase an animal from Zadistic Exoticz.
Payments acceptable if cleared by Zadistic Exoticz first, and are non-refundable.
No refunds once an animal(s) has shipped.
Live arrival is guaranteed - refund or replacement (if availabe) is availabe if the animal(s) is DOA (Dead On Arrival.) Photos will be required for proof. (Zadistic Exoticz must be notified within 1 hour of scheduled pickup.)
Live arrival guarantee of animal is no longer valid if the customer decides to go ahead with shipping outside of safe temperature parameters. (Safe Temperature Parameters: below 90°F and above 40°F)
Buyer must be present for first delivery attempt. If no one is present to accept the package, all guarantees are void.
Refunds are price of the animal without shipping cost reimbursed.
No refunds due to "tail-drop" in shipping.
Sex of any animal ordered is not guaranteed, unless specifically stated by Zadistic Exoticz.
Zadistic Exoticz is not responsible for carrier delays.
Zadistic Exoticz is not responsible for the tracking or health of the animal once shipped.
Zadistic Exoticz reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
