We are a boutique breeder specializing in high end Western Hognose morphs, Morelia species, Eastern Indigos, and Super Giant and tangerine leopard geckos.
Store Policy
By making a purchase, you are accepting these terms.
1. Animal must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept Pay Pal, Venmo, Cash ap.
2. Payment plans - We are open to working with you on a custom payment plan. Generally we require 25% non- refundable to hold for 30 days. We are very flexible and will work with you on a plan that supports your goals.
A. Customer is SOLELY responsible for entering a payment plan agreement that they can financially handle.
B. Payment plan structure and terms are negotiable BEFORE a deal is reached.
C. If after 30 days has passed and no attempt to continue payment has been made, payments will be forfeited.
D. Failure to communicate in a good faith effort will result in forfeiture of animal and payments made.
E. Defaulting on agreed upon payment plan will result in forfeiture of payments made.
3. Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday through All Pro Shipping (Ship your reptiles). Fed Ex Partner.
A. We guarantee health and safe shipment of animal to your local Fed Ex Hub. We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
B. If you choose to have your animal shipped to your residence, APS/Ship your reptiles offers Insurance that you can add to your order, but is not a requirement. You must also be available to meet the delivery when it arrives.
C. All shipments must be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival.!!! We must be notified within 2 hours if there are any problems with the shipment. Any later and guarantees are void. We cannot have boxes sitting in hot cars, cold areas, or generally put aside until later in the day.
D. We do not ship when the temperature is below 40 or over 90 degrees (F).
4. Animals purchased are not guaranteed once they are in your care. The care and health of your animal is your responsibility once it is in your hands. Be sure to ask all necessary care questions and have your animal's living arrangements set up and running properly before you receive your animal. Including food.
5. Genetics are guaranteed ie. Hets are only declared when we have first hand knowledge of the breeding animals. We do not claim hets if we do not know for 100% certainty.
6. You alone are responsible for knowing the laws for keeping reptiles and specific species in your state. Many species are restricted, or require licensing. If you live in a restricted state and you order a restricted species w/o proper permitting etc, it is your responsibility and must accept full accountability. There are no refunds, credits, returns etc. if this occurs. Please do your due diligence in order to prevent this easily avoidable issue.
7. We are readily available for any questions, concerns, or just to learn more information. We are also here for your support after you've received your animal. Your animal's health and your satisfaction with our animals are our top priorities.

Wholesale Policy
Wholesale is available on select animals.
Wholesale prices are negotiable and are generally set as a percentage.
Minimum number of animals is generally 5 at a starting discount of 20%, however that discount can increase.
