About

We dedicate our time and care to our animals. Any money made goes right back into the hobby and from there it's used to better serve or animals. Over Spring Break, nine glass front opening terrariums were built entirely by hand to better suit our breeders. They're not all finished with live plants and the best lives possible. Each of our animals live solo from the day they're laid until the end of their seniority. Not even our eggs incubate without a wall between them! Feedings take place every three days and no corners are cut when it comes to care. We will happily show you our set ups and what we do in our care for these magnificent animals.

It is a privilege and an honor to be able to see these animals and how they behave in the environments we've constructed for them. When it comes to our projects we have a purpose in mind for the genetics we pair together. All of our ideas are to promote a healthy animal production and to enhance the overall gene pool of the crested gecko community. We aren't trying to mass produce more, but to produce very specific traits. That is why we currently only have six breeders and will have a maximum of nine.

Store Policy

OUR TERMS OF SALE --- BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO OUR TOS!!! ---
SHIPPING ((CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE))
- Shipping will not be reimbursed. Temps must be above 55 or below 77 in order to ship. If you push shipping despite our warnings about the weather we are not responsible for the results. You will not be refunded. During the COVID-19 epidemic we are not responsible for any delays, DOAs, or problems concerning the animal. Animals will be replaced with a gecko of equal or GREATER value plus shipping. I will pick out what I have available for you to choose from. Should you pick an animal of lesser value you will be refunded the remaining balance in the form of store credit. I will personally reach out to you to show you pairings and hatchlings to choose from. You will get first pick before anyone else. We are more than happy to hold the animal for you until weather and conditions permit. Shipping is a flat-rate of $40 per gecko. We may choose to discount. Someone must be available to receive the package. Whoever it is must have read our TOS and package instructions as the same rules that apply to the buyer will apply to them. Hub is preferred but not required. You must contact us of the safe arrival of the gecko within ten minutes of delivery. You must notify us of any problems immediately. Driver must obtain a signature. You must have correct/appropriate address. We will double check the address prior to printing the label. If it is incorrect after you've approved it we are not responsible for the results, but we will notify Reptiles To You and FedEx in case they can do something about it. We are not responsible for you not picking the gecko up at the hub and getting back to us in the alloted time frame to gaurantee live arrival. Arrangement to pick up the gecko is solely in you.
TAIL LOSS
- Not covered/eligible for reimbursement. Period.
DOA EVENT
- If this were to ever occur we will need photos of both the outside and inside of the package as well as of the gecko. Do not dispose of the gecko until instructed. Refrigerate the body while we talk about what to do next. If you dispose of the body against our instruction you will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
HEALTH
- As long as the conditions of our TOS has been met we have a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE policy. If there is any damage done to the box itself FedEx does not reimburse the animal unless the package has arrived late. In that event, we will issue full store credit (including the deposit) or a replacement animal. Once the gecko is in your hands their health and livelihood depend upon you. If issues occur after receiving we are not responsible as so many things may contribute to a decline in the health of a crested gecko. Please contact us the moment you think something is wrong and we will help trouble shoot any problems/difficulties remotely. It is advised that you give your gecko two weeks to settle in and follow standard quarantine procedure.
"POSSIBLE GENDER" GECKOS
- Please do not ask us to recheck the pore status of the gecko prior to shipping. It's updated. Even then, no gecko under 20 is a gauranteed sex. Only probables.
LIFETIME ASSISTANCE GUARANTEE
- Whether you purchase from us or not you are always more than welcome to ask us questions. We will be happy to help trouble shoot any issues you may be having, questions about building enclosures, vivarium care and whatever crested gecko related questions you can imagine. =) We are here to help. If we advise you against something deemed less than responsible and you continue to perform the action we may cease assisting/educating you.
RESELLING FLIPPING & CHARGE-BACKS
- We absolutely do not support flipping of our animals. We will happily accept our animal back without reimbursement, but we may elect to pay the shipping cost for you. If you resell one of our geckos, please take your own photos. You are permitted to use our photos as "progression" while they grow. These are our photos and are not to be used for any other purposes. If you elect to do a charge-back you will be black listed and we will report your conduct in the BOI groups. There breeders, buyers and hobby enthusiasts will be able to look up your name and see any reviews pertaining to business experiences that you're involved in. This can be detrimental to purchasing or selling. If you need more time for a payment plan we are very forgiving. Just let us know. =) We enjoy what we do. We are not in it for the money. If you have purchased one of our animals through someone else we cannot reimburse you or take responsibility for any occurrences.
PAYMENT PLANS & DEPOSITS
- Deposits are a nonrefundable payment. We ask for $50, but may accept less depending on a case by case basis. We do not typically charge to hold our geckos throughout your plan. However, if the payment plan is going to exceed three months we will start charging a fee that is 10% of the entire gecko cost a month. This will be furloughed to the end. We are happy to change the terms of this section with you on a case by case basis. We will stay in contact with you and we expect you to respond. If we have not heard back from you in 14 days the gecko is considered abandoned, we will keep the payments and relist the gecko. We may choose to issue you store credit at this time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION AND WEATHER
I will first ask you for your zip code to check our weather. It does not matter if you have already given me your address unprompted, especially when I have multiple shipments. When it's time to check weather you will be asked for your zip code specifically. Once the weather looks safe and I'm getting ready to ship I will ask for your name, preferred email, phone number, and you guessed it, your FedEx hub address. It does not matter if you've given me your address prior unprompted. I am not going to dig through the email chains of multiple people dating back months during holds. Even then, I always bring up that this is a hub shipment and for some reason people will send me their personal addresses. So even if you have given me your personal address it is incorrect. Please be patient if I've asked you for information to ship and you have left said information somewhere prior when I haven't asked for it yet. Staying on the same page with one another and avoiding guessing games will help keep our animals safer in transport. 🙂
"POACHING" SOLD GECKOS
I have zero tolerance for people who try to buy sold/held geckos out from under. I reserve the right to refuse all current and future business with you.
