TERMS OF SERVICE/GUARANTEE
All guarantees apply to the ORIGINAL buyer.
Every animal we produce at DWR is guaranteed to be healthy, accurately sexed, feeding well and honestly represented.
The animals health is guaranteed only for 24 hours after arrival as we cannot control what buyers do after or the environment they choose to keep the animal in. If not satisfied with your purchase, DWR must be notified within 24 hours of arrival. If no response in that time, it is considered that the transaction is complete and the buyer happy.
Please read these in their entirety before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are placed to protect both parties involved.
PAYMENT
**ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED! NO EXCEPTIONS!** We will not hold any animals for anyone at anytime without a deposit!!!
All buyers MUST BE 18 years of age, or have parental permission to purchase animals.
Payment can be made through Venmo - Paypal – those are the preferred method of payment.
Payment MUST be made in full before the animal is shipped – no exceptions. Payment plans are available – to hold any animal a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid first.

Payment plans
Minimum purchase $500
Plans can vary with each animal/sale. Breeder animals are only sold because we need space. Payment plans are usually not offered for them. Terms will be discussed, and agreed upon in advance with both buyer/seller.
Full payment must be made within the agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan installments, other payments made in full are non-refundable, but are transferable to another purchase.
SHIPPING
Attention: At this time with covid, and everything going on in the world. We are only shipping to your local FedEx hub. Shipping is done FedEx hub to FedEx hub to insure safety of our animals. Shipping out days will be Tuesday, and Wednesday's. Arrival days are Wednesday's, and Thursday's.
Animals are shipped via Ship Your Reptiles (FedEx Priority Overnight) when temperature and weather permit. Shipping is done between 35-90 degrees Fahrenheit – If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is VOID.
Dead on arrival (DOA) animals must be reported within 1 hour of arrival. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures, videos and/or return of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
**SHIPPING IS AN ADDITIONAL $60** (only exceptions are adults due to weight)
***ATTENTION*** In the event of multi-gene combos proving to be something less than what is advertised, we will offer compensation in the form of another animal or a discount towards a future purchase. Sometimes with multi-gene animals it can be very difficult to understand exactly what is in the mix.
