We aim to bring the highest standard of service, and build relationships with all of our buyers and friends in this industry.
Please review these terms very carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our General Policy
We guarantee all animal(s) at the time of leaving our facility are 100% healthy. If for whatever reason a buyer is not happy with the animal(s) they have received, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If we don’t have any contact within 24 hours of the delivery then the sale is final.
If a return requested is approved by us we will guide the buyer on how to return the animal(s). Buyer will be responsible for return costs and the health of the animal when in their care. Once animal(s) are back in our possession they will be subjected to quarantine to ensure their health before any refunds will be issued. *(All courier costs are non-refundable)*
Responsibility For The Buyer’s
It’s the responsibility for the buyer to have a basic knowledge on how to properly care for the animal(s) they are buying. We have the full right to refuse and/or cancel an order if any issues occurred due to the buyer’s lack of knowledge and/or fault.
Payment Options
All listed priced are subject to change for various reasons. Please contact us to confirm the listed prices. We will honour any price we agree on with a buyer within a timeframe of 48 hours. We can offer package deals and discount for multiple animals ordered at once, Please contact us to discuss.
We accept payment by bank transfer and cash on collection. PayPal is NO LONGER ACCEPTED, due to the increase in online fraud and scamming going around in this industry, we have to stay vigilant on this subject.
All payments are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit (£100 minimum).
Payment Plans
We offer a range of payment plans and most of them are case by case basis.
All payment plans will require a 25% non-refundable deposit as a first instalment.
Here is a general plan to give an idea of what we offer:
Minimum: £300-£2000: 2 - 8 weeks
Minimum: £3000+: 2 - 12+ weeks
Please DO NOT enter a payment plan agreement unless you are able to complete all transaction(s) as agreed. Failure to pay an instalment by the sent date we will give 48 hours overtime to the buyer before cancelling the order.

Depending on the situation we will offer some refunds or credit, this is case by case basis.
Auctions
All auctions are FINAL, We will send you a message with instructions and our details to make payment. Payment must be paid within 48 hours of winning. Failure to do so will result in your account being at risk to be banned from any future auctions by reporting the incident to MorphMarket.
UK Shipping
All UK Shipments must be collected from a fully licensed DEFRA courier. Through the buyers expense we can sort this out with 100% guarantee on live arrival, if an issue occurs we will replace the animal(s) or issue credit. (We offer free UK Shipping on orders over £1000)
If the buyer want to sort a courier out then we can’t 100% guarantee live arrival, if an issue occurs no action will be taken from us. Please understand this risk.
International Shipping
We are able to ship worldwide, minimum order size of £3000 depending on destination. Shipping fees will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Genetic Guarantee
Recessive Animals
All het (heterozygous) animal(s) that are produced in our facility are 100% guaranteed.
All visual recessive (homozygous) animal(s) that are produced in our facility are 100% guaranteed.

Codom/Dom Animals
We can only offer theoretical identification on codom/dom animal(s), based on our own knowledge.
When animals have 4+ genes floating around it will start to get difficult to 100% guarantee the genetic(s) are present. This is where our theoretical identification come in, then breeding trials will have to commence to prove the genetic(s) out.
We will state if we are not sure on the genetic(s) that could be in the animal(s), we don’t ever intend to mislead any buyers regarding an animal(s) genetic(s).
