Reptile hobbyist with a passion for reptiles and I breed reticulated-pythons, ball pythons, boas. Sugar gliders and prairie dogs. Also beardies. My passion for this exceeds 20 years and I love every minute of it. I care for the well being of all animals and will help in any way I can. I rescue some too. Store Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE/GUARANTEE
All guarantees apply to the ORIGINAL buyer.
Every animal we produce at D & T is guaranteed to be healthy, accurately sexed, feeding well and honestly represented. Genetics are based on our opinion based off their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% accurate on so we make our best guess based on what is in the pairing and other breeders feel it may be.
All 100% hets can be provided with proof of lock photos of the animals that produced the hets.
The animals health is guaranteed ONLY for 24 hours after arrival as we cannot control what buyers do after or the environment they choose to keep the animal in. If not satisfied with your purchase, D & T MUST be notified within 24 hours of arrival. If no response in that time, it is considered that the transaction is complete and the buyer happy.
PAYMENT
**ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED! NO EXCEPTIONS!** We will not hold any animals for anyone at anytime without a deposit!!!
All buyers MUST BE 18 years of age OR have parental permission to purchase an animal.
Payment can be made through cash app,venmo,zelle or Paypal – those are the preferred method of payment.
Money orders and/or checks will ensure a hold on the animal but will not ship till D& T has received and money has cleared.
Payment MUST be made in full before the animal is shipped – no exceptions. Payment plans are available – to hold any animal a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid first.
Below are the payment plan tiers available.
30 days (minimum purchase of $250)
45 days (minimum purchase of $500)
60 days (minimum purchase of $1000)
Full payment must be made within the agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan installments are non-refundable, but are transferable to another purchase.
SHIPPING
Animals are shipped Mon-Wed via Reptiles Express or Ship Your Reptiles (FedEx Priority Overnight) when temperature and weather permit. Shipping is done between 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit – If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is VOID.
Dead on arrival (DOA) animals must be reported within 2 hours of arrival. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures, videos and/or return of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
**SHIPPING IS AN ADDITIONAL $60** (only exceptions are adults due to weight)
