We are small scale hobbyists with a love for ball pythons.
Store Policy
TERMS AND SHIPPING:
All animals that we produce are guaranteed to be healthy, accurately sexed, and feeding well.
The animal’s health is guaranteed for the first 24 hours only as we cannot control what buyers do after receiving the animal and what environment they keep the animal in. Once you receive the animal it is your responsibility to provide proper care and husbandry. We are here to help if you have any questions.
Genetics are guaranteed to the best of our ability; recessive traits are guaranteed unless noted as possible hets.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we must be notified via text or email within 24 hours of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you. After that, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse.
Guarantees apply only to the original buyer.
All buyers must be 18 years of age or provide written parental consent to purchase.
Dead on arrival animals must be reported within 1 hour of arrival. We will require pictures, video and the return of the animal before issuing a refund or replacing the animal.
Animal temperament varies and is dependent on their environment, any perceived threats, feeding response and other factors. Therefore, animal temperament is not guaranteed.
All prices are plus shipping; purchases of $1000 or more are shipped free.
Shipping costs vary based on location and can range from $35 - $90; weight and package size will affect cost. For a shipping quote, please send us your zip code.
Local pick-up or meet is available.
**COVID SHIPPING UPDATE**
Due to increased shipping and delivery time delays with FedEx, all shipments will be sent from our local FedEx Ship Center to yours. If there are extenuating circumstances that would prevent a pick-up from your nearby hub, please let us know and we can discuss shipping to your residence. This will be done on a case-by-case basis and only if shipping conditions permit.
Due to COVID-19 FedEx has suspended all money back guarantees for their services, therefore late arrival guarantees and insurance are suspended at this time as well by our shipping partner. This applies to all shippers, not just us.
Currently our shipping days are Tuesday and Wednesday to accommodate FedEx’s additional volume, and to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the animal. When service conditions at FedEx improve we will return to our normal shipping policy (noted below). We apologize for this needed inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
We ship with Reptiles Express (FedEx priority overnight), Monday – Wednesday, when temperatures are above 40 degrees F and below 90 degrees F, and weather permitting. We ship to a hub or to your door. Live arrival guarantees are provided as long as shipments to a hub are picked up promptly (within 2 hours of arrival), and, if shipped to your door, an adult is there to sign and receive at the first delivery attempt.
**Temperatures between 40-60 degrees will be hub pick-up only for the safety of the animal**
If incorrect shipping information is given, guarantees are void.
We do not guarantee live arrival on shipments to your door when temperatures are under 40 or over 90 degrees.
An adult must be present at delivery for required signature. Within an hour of the delivery, please email or text us that your snake arrived safely.
Live arrival guarantee applies to the shipping period and ends when you take possession of the animal.
Maltese Morphs assumes no responsibility for shipping delays and mishaps as we have no control over shipping once we’ve dropped the package off at FedEx. In the event the snake arrives DOA, we will gladly work with you to get you another snake as we fully understand how horrible of a situation that would be for you. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
Please check your snake immediately and notify us within 4 hours of delivery if there are any concerns (health, improperly sexed).
You are responsible for knowing your state and local laws before purchasing an animal. We will not knowingly ship an animal where they are prohibited.
We are not responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer for maintenance and upkeep of the animal.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash (local), cashier’s checks, money orders, credit cards through Square, CashApp, Venmo and Gab Pay. Any attempts at fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Checks and money orders must be fully cleared before any animal will be shipped.
Payment must be made in full before any animal is shipped.
DEPOSITS / HOLDS / PAYMENT PLANS
A deposit of 25% is required for any animal to be placed on hold. Animals remain for sale until the deposit is received. This deposit is non-refundable.
We offer the following payment plans:
• 30 days with a purchase of $150 - $499
• 60 days with a purchase of $500 - $999
• 90 days with a purchase of $1000 or more
Full payment must be received within the relevant time frame noted above, unless other arrangements have been made; failure to pay in full will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the animal being relisted. Please note that there will be no refunds on money collected on payment plans.
Variations to the payment plans above may be done on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss alternate options.
DISCOUNTS
We offer a 10% discount to Military, Fire, Police and EMS, with applicable ID.
Multi-animal purchases and return customer discounts are also available and are determined on a case by case basis.
Maltese Morphs reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.
By purchasing one of our snakes you agree to the terms and conditions of sale.
