I think what sets me apart from other sellers is I'm not afraid to refuse a sale if I don't think you're the right home for my animals, but also I try to be as transparent as possible.
Store Policy
So I do have a DOA (dead on arrival police) if the animal is in fact dead upon arrival I will reimburse the amount for the animal (not shipping) and or replace the animal (if possible) when provided sufficient proof said animal perished during shipping. I will also note that if the animal has been sitting at the shipping center or on your door steps for multiple hours or longer my DOA policy is null and void.
