Store Policy
Here at Hole in the Wall Critter Co., we want you to have an excellent customer experience. We will be more than happy to answer any questions about the critter or critters you seek to add to your family. We will answer questions at any time before or after purchase. We also want to encourage future buyers to research whatever type of pet they plan on purchasing to be sure it is the right addition to your family.
Payment: We accept cash for personal animal pick up from local buyers. We take all major credit cards and PayPal for online orders.
We have payment plans available for purchases over 300. All animals on payment plans are held until the full balance is paid off no exceptions. Payment plans have a max of 90 days to be paid in full. After 90 days the animal go back up for sale if not paid in full. Payment plans must be discussed so we are all on the same page and there is no confusion.
We will hold an animal you wish to purchase for a non-refundable 25% deposit of the sale price of the animal. This is non-refundable and can be transferred to another animal if you are interested. In the case of the death of said animal while still in my care you have the option of transferring your deposit or a full refund of the deposit made.
Shipping policy and live arrival guarantee.
We use Ship Your Reptiles. We have the right to hold off shipping during extreme weather conditions either here or there. Our goal is to get your purchased animal to you alive and well. Note on gecko tails: Crested geckos and a few other species of gecko have a tendency to drop their tails when stressed. Shipping is extremely stressful, and it might lead to a tail loss. We do not refund or credit due to this small but very livable tragedy. I do apologize if it happens during shipping though.
Live arrival Guarantee: someone must be there to sign for the package on the first attempt or live guarantee is voided. Please note if temperatures are above 80 degrees for babies or 85 for adults, or below 40 degrees that to will void the live arrival guarantee.
The Hole in The Wall Critter Co., is not responsible for carrier mishandled packages. In case of a DOA(dead on arrival) incident which must be reported within the first hour after arrival with photos of the animal that passed. If a DOA does happen a partial refund will be sent if we determine it's the same animal shipped out I photo every animal in packing before the box is closed.
Once the animal has been set up properly in its new home, please give it time to acclimate before handling it a whole lot. Please. I offer a 78-hour health guarantee on all animals shipped out from here. If the animal gets ill and passes during this time again, I will need photo proof it is the same animal half the purchase price will be refunded if it is determined the animal was ill. Hole In The Wall Critter Co. , will Not be responsible for poor husbandry on your side.
All of my geckos are fed a rotation of different Pangea Complete Diet meal replacement and a rotation of the Repashy brand crested gecko diets. They are offered live insects twice weekly. Most of my younger animals like both dubia and crickets unless noted otherwise.
