Store Policy
Currently, we accept PayPal. We also offer short payment plans.
Orders are shipped only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Geckos will only be shipped when weather permits on the shipping and receiving end.
There will be no extra charge if we have to hold an order until weather is suitable.
We offer a live arrival guarantee on all of our animals, so long as purchaser notifies us
Purchaser must be 18 or older and present on the predetermined delivery date to receive live shipment at address that was given for shipping. If this is violated a refund will not be issued.
When the delivery has been received by purchaser it is their responsibility to provide proper set up, temperatures, food and humidity.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or any other issues the carrier may experience.
If the animal should pass before arrival we will require immediate photographic evidence of deceased animal and unboxing video.
Once evidence is provided of deceased arrival we will decide whether a refund will be issued.
If a refund is to be issued we will only give it as a store credit to purchase a replacement animal by purchasers choosing at an equal or lesser value.
If we decide a store credit is to be issued buyer will cover shipping on said order.
Monetary refunds will not be issued. No exceptions.
Payment Plans Payment plans are offered on orders over $150. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for the hold to be placed.
The initial down payment can be as much as you prefer to put down, but a minimum of 25% is required. If a payment plan is to be abandoned, the 25% will not be refunded. Any amount paid past the 20% will be transferred into store credit. There are no cash refunds.
25% of every purchase will be held as a non refundable deposit and is subject to rules above.
All animals sold come with a 30-day health guarantee, which starts the day animals are received.
In the event that an animal is to pass or become ill, communication must be made. Pictures of enclosure and animal must be given.
If animal is not being cared for properly and given the proper diet, we will not hold any responsibility to replace the animal.
