Elemental Herps is a Vancouver based Plains Hognose breeder. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, our goal is and always has been to produce healthy, established animals.
Store Policy
We ship domestically, as well export to the US and Europe. Please inquire for shipping to countries not listed.
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal. A deposit of 50% for animals up to $400 in value and 25% for any animal over $400 is required. Deposits are payable via eTransfer (Canada only), PayPal, direct deposit, cash or Visa/Mastercard.
Short term payment plans for up to 60 days are available for purchases up to $500. Long term payment plans are available for purchases greater than $500. If the buyer is unable to fulfill the purchase plan within the agreed upon timeframe, they will forfeit the animal(s) as well as deposit. All purchases must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
All of our animals are guaranteed to be free of mites, parasites, infections and in perfect health unless otherwise stated. All of our animals come with a 7 day health guarantee, provided that proper care requirements are followed. Animals will be properly sexed (unless sold as unsexed) and established on appropriate food. If there is an error in sexing, we will exchange the animal with the correct sex.
Live arrival is guaranteed provided they are received same day. If there are DOA's, photo's are required within 2 hours of delivery scan. Buyer will be given a full refund or replacement of equal value.
