Terms & Conditions
State & Federal Laws:
We will not knowingly ship any animals in violation of any State and/or Federal Laws. Buyer is responsible for lawfully making the purchase while abiding to all state and federal laws.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
Shipping:
We ship Monday-Wednesday weather permitting. We only ship when the weather throughout the route is between 40-90 F. Animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer.
All home delivery shipments will be shipped with signature required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the buyer is not available to sign for the package and fails to receive the residential delivery our live arrival and health guarantee is void.
If the buyer fails to pick up the package within 2 hours of HUB delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee is void.
Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement or credit towards future purchase. Picture and Video proof is required for any issues regarding the health of the animal.
Please note that at times it can take a reptile up to 3 weeks to adjust to its new habitat and surroundings.
Genetics Guarantee:
We have over 10 years of experience creating quality animals. All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing.
Sex Guarantee:
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within 24 hours of receiving the animal.
Payment:
Payment must be received in full before shipment of all animals.
Payment Methods accepted: Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal
Payment Plan:
A 30-day payment plan is available on purchases of $500 or more unless otherwise stated on the ad. We require a 25% Non-Refundable deposit to get you started.
Care and Feeding:
We DO NOT feed frozen thawed prey, only live prey.
All Animals are individually housed in reptile rack systems on appropriately sized tubs.
All animals are fed weekly and have access to clean water 24/7.
All animals are kept on Laboratory Grade Shredded Aspen bedding with a hot spot of 88F.
