Shipping Note: Our reptile shipping days are Monday – Wednesday and NEVER include Thursday – Sunday. If temperatures at the FedEx hub located in Cleveland, OH or the destination zip code are under (Overnight Low) 32°F or over 90°F we will not ship as it is not safe for the animals. We will ship on the next available shipping day that temperatures allow. Guaranteed Live Arrival: You must contact us through e-mail ([email protected]) within 30 minutes of delivery for guarantee to be valid. No refunds will be made if the gecko is mishandled, mistreated, and/or not cared for correctly. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Live arrival guarantee is void in the case of carrier delays. We have never had a gecko die during shipping, but if any unfortunate event happens during shipping and your gecko arrives deceased on arrival, a coupon will be issued for a future purchase on a case by case basis for a decided amount. No money refunds. There are no refunds on deceased geckos after they have been in your care. We must receive 3 pictures of the deceased animal within 30 minutes of arrival for this to be valid. An adult 18 years or older must be home to to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt. No cash refunds on late shipments. Your address that you send for your shipping label will be copied and pasted just as you send it onto your label. Look over it for mistakes, as we will not be liable for any wrong information that causes your gecko to arrive late.
Holds on geckos have a refund fee of 20% if you are to cancel the purchase.
Shipping is non refundable on all purchases.
Is you cancel an order after paying there is a 10% fee on the purchase due to lost time.
