We are a family of four+ (Jon, Jen, Emmy, Saige and a bunch of noodles) with a passion and vision for raising quality Ball Pythons! We are here to not only share our passion but to also help take your Ball Python knowledge, care and experience to the next level!

Store Policy
Integrity & Service:
Here at Embers Ball Pythons, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service and buying experience. All animals produced by Embers will be shipped with detailed records outlining animal genetics, information, and pertinent history. All animals will be correctly sexed with guaranteed “recessive” genetics and 100% hets. Although we will do our absolute best to properly identify all incomplete dominant genes in our animals, we can not guarantee accuracy 100% due to the variability and subjective identification of these genes when mixed with others. All questionable or "possible" type genetics will be listed and priced accordingly.
Payment & Payment Plans:
Animals are not considered sold until payment is received in full. Animals can be placed on hold upon receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit with a payment plan both parties agree upon. These mutual agreement payment plans will be handled on a case-by-case basis for each animal.
Shipping and Health Guarantee:
Currently, shipping is only offered within the United States via Fed-Ex overnight delivery. To better serve our customers, we will do our best to offer the lowest shipping price we can. We ship to your local Fed-Ex hubs when weather is acceptable and safe for the animals. Our animals are like family to us, and their health is a priority. Therefore, we guarantee that all animals are 100% healthy at the time of shipping and they will be properly packaged for transit. In the rare event an animal dies during transport, after receiving relative proof, we will issue a credit for the full amount of the purchase price that can be used toward any current or future animal available. For the live animal guarantee to be valid, buyer needs to pick up the shipped animal from the local hub within 2 hours of its arrival. Normally, overnight deliveries arrive first thing in the morning and its important they do not stay at the hub for long. Any health issues or concerns need to be communicated immediately or all guarantees may become void.
Local pickup can be arranged if planned accordingly.
