Epic Loot Exotics is a reptile breeding facility that began as a hobby and expanded as our obsession with reptiles and genetics grew beyond the limits of a hobby. We work with Ball Pythons, Corn Snakes, Womas, Hognose, African House Snakes, Honduran Milk Snakes, Crested geckos and more.
We produced nearly 100 babies in our first year and are looking forward to more in the years to come. Feel free to ask any questions, we're hoping to pair you with the right animal for you.
Store Policy
**Payment:**
- Full payment is required before the shipment of any reptile.
- We accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, SQUARE and more for your convenience.
- All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges except where stated.
**Health Guarantee:**
- We guarantee the health and sex (if specified) of our reptiles upon arrival.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the reptile upon arrival and notify us immediately of any concerns.
- Health concerns reported within 48 hours of arrival will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
**Shipping:**
- We ship within the United States.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be communicated prior to payment.
- Reptiles are shipped via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, as weather permits, and are carefully packaged to ensure their safety.
**Live Arrival Guarantee:**
- We offer a live arrival guarantee.
- In the unfortunate event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the buyer must provide clear photos within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.
- Extreme weather conditions may affect live arrival guarantee; we reserve the right to delay shipments based on weather.
**Refunds and Returns:**
- Refunds or returns are only accepted in the case of a verified DOA.
- We do not accept returns for any other reason.
- Contact us immediately with any concerns, and we will work to resolve the issue.
