I've been breeding quality ball pythons for 20 years . Selling most of my babies locally at Scott Smith's All Animal Expo . Specialized in Gypsy, Bongo , Thunder , Het Red Axthanic, Clown, Ghost.

STORE POLICIES:
SHIPPING: We guarantee our animals to be alive, healthy and properly sexed upon arrival. We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight shipping to your closest FedEx Hub which will be determined once you provide us with your address. We do not ship to your home or business, we only ship from Hub to Hub which ensures the least amount of stress on your animal and is the only way that we can guarantee live delivery. We require that your animal be picked up from the FedEx Hub that we ship to within 4 hours of arrival or our live animal guarantee will be void. Once you have picked up your package and are in your vehicle we ask that you open your box and make sure that the snake is alive and moving around in the snake bag. If your animal is dead we need you to contact us right away and provide picture verification that your animal did not survive in order for us to issue you a refund. We ship out packages on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week, weather permitting. We reserve the right to hold off on shipping out your package if the weather is going to be too hot or cold or if there is a possibility of weather delays for shipments. This is to ensure the health and safety of your animals so that they arrive to you in excellent condition. We use a reputable reptile shipping company to assist in the shipment of all of our packages so that we can be sure that your package will arrive to you safe and on time.
PICTURES: All pictures posted in each ad are of the exact animal that you will receive if purchased. I do not photoshop, edit, or enhance any of the photos. Each animal is weighed on the date that the ad was first created. All of my snakes are fed on a weekly basis to ensure steady growth. Please contact me with any questions in regards to genetics of a particular snake.
PAYMENT: We accept Cash, PayPal, or Square Credit/Debit Card payments.
DISCOUNTS/PAYMENT PLANS: We offer discounts for multiple animal purchases at one time, and we also can combine shipping. We can offer a payment plan to customers on purchases over $300. For a payment plan, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total purchase price of the animal in order for us to hold it, and then we require that a payment schedule be set up with us for either weekly or bi-weekly payments, with the balance being paid for within 45 days of the first deposit. If you default on any of your scheduled payments after the first deposit is made then you will not be refunded for any of your other payments and you will lose the purchase of the animal.
LOCAL PICK UP: Local pick-up can be arranged or pick-up at one of the shows that we attend and vend at can also be arranged. Contact us to see what shows we will be attending in the state of Illinois
Effective January 15, 2021, MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.

All disputes mediated by MorphMarket will be based on the Store Policy as it is written in the Seller Profile. If, at that time, the seller's profile asks buyers to refer to another website for sales policies and TOS, those terms will not be taken into consideration and the Default Policy terms below will apply, beginning May 1, 2021.
Definitions
Full Refund and Return (FRR): compensation amounting to 100% including the cost of the animal plus shipping plus return shipping costs. This includes Seller purchasing the return shipping label and $5 FedEx pick-up service, if necessary.
Alternatively, the Seller can send an acceptable, agreed-upon replacement at their own expense.
Alternatively, if the Buyer refuses to return the animal, NRC applies.
Claim Period: Time period which Buyer has from delivery to contact Seller and make their claims. Evidence should be included with the claim or provided upon instruction from the Seller.
Return Period: Time period that Buyer after notification of claim in which to arrange suitable shipping dates with Seller, making sure the shipment will not land on a weekend or holiday.
Non-Return Compensation (NRC): If Buyer refuses to return the animal, Seller does not have to refund the full amount, but may be expected to provide a partial refund depending on the value of the animal received.
Proof: Should the Buyer and Seller not be able to agree, MorphMarket will make the final determination of whether sufficient proof and evidence have been provided to support a claim.
Guarantees
Payments, Deposits and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable if the Buyer backs out of a deal. If Seller does not specify that payments are non-refundable or sales are final, or does not specify the percentage of the sale that represents the non-refundable deposit, that amount shall not exceed 10% of the asking price.
If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
If Seller fails to ship the order for more than 7 days after it was paid in full in a single payment and did not communicate that delay (e.g., weather conditions) to the Buyer before the payment, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
If Seller goes 10 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
Animal Attributes
Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
If Seller ships the wrong animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR if they cannot send out the original animal.
Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain.
Temperature-sexed offspring are not guaranteed.
If Seller ships a wrongly-sexed animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR.
Claim Period is 7 days and Return Period is 1 week from the time of the claim.
Seller guarantees that the animal delivered will be at least 80% of the advertised weight and length. (For this reason it’s recommended to advertise the “dry” weight).
If the animal received is less than 80%, as proven by the Buyer, Seller is responsible for FRR.
Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
Animal Health
Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
Seller is responsible for shipping delays and mishaps (which should be rare with good shipping practices and offset with shipping insurance) except for those caused by the buyer (e.g., wrong address given, door not answered when delivery is attempted, etc.).
If an animal dies or is lost due to Seller negligence in shipping then Seller is responsible for FRR. This item may not be overridden as it is specified in the Shipping section of MorphMarket’s Rules.
If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed) then Seller is responsible for FRR.
Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
