Store Policy

Shipping - Live and on time arrival is guaranteed if live and on time arrival insurance is purchased, and the shipment is sent to a FedEx staffed service center. This insurance is based on weather, temperature, and service conditions. If a advisory goes out, shipping may be delayed until it is safe to do so. Pictures need to be taken immediately if their is an issue, and the shipment needs to be picked up within 2 hours of arrival or service center opening time.

Genetics/Locality Guarantee - Genetics are guaranteed on all animals produced by me. Please take a screen shot of the add for your records. This is the easiest way to have both genetics/locality and a picture of the animal in the same place.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately buyers remorse is a real thing, so please be confident in your decision.

PICTURES. The pictures in the add are what I have available. I may only have one or day days a month with enough free time to take pictures of what I have available. From that shoot, I take what I feel are the best pictures that represent the animal and either post or update my adds. Out of 10 or 15 pictures per animal, I may get 2 or 3 that turn out. Those pictures are what you see above. They are color correct and reflect what you would see in real life. There is no benefit in me misrepresenting what I produce and/or sell. Some species I produce and work are multi-chromatic and do change appearances based on ambient conditions, and I will try to include that, if possible.
