Based out of Northern Virginia, E.R.I is a captive bred ball python breeder who places a very strict focus on the health, well being, genetics and top notch husbandry of all of our animals. Our goal is for every single to customer to feel 100% comfortable before investing in one of our animals.
Store Policy
Health, Sex and Feeding:
We guarantee the health, sex and feeding (unless otherwise noted) of all of our captive ball pythons. If an animal is a picky feeder this will also be noted prior to any sale taking place. All captive bred ball pythons hatchlings will have a minimum of 4 feedings prior to being listed for sale. We provide our contact number for any issues whatsoever you run into and stand behind our animals 100%.
Shipping:
Elite Reptile Industries offers a flat $50.00 rate on shipping to all 50 states within the U.S. All purchases greater than $600.00 dollars are shipped without any cost to the buyer.
All animals are shipped to your door or local hub via FedEx priority overnight Monday through Wednesday weather permitting, taking in consideration the temperatures at origin, the main hub, as well as destination.
Below 35˚: No shipping
Between 35˚and 49˚: FedEx staffed facility
Between 50˚and 89˚: Door to door and/or FedEx staffed facility
Between 90˚and 92˚: FedEx Staffed facility
Over 92˚: No Shipping
In the extremely rare and unfortunate case of an animal that arrives deceased, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact E.R.I immediately for guidance and further instructions on animal replacement and or refund.
**Live arrival guarantee becomes IMMEDIATELY void if incorrect shipping information is provided. We confirm ALL orders multiple times prior to shipping.
E.R.I. holds the right to deny a sale to any customer at any time.
