Store Policy
Payments by cash, paypal or credit or debit cards and cash app. Local pick up, pick up at shows I vend or shipping nationwide USA all year round as weather permits it is safe to do so. Live arrival is guaranteed. Shipping via fedex.
If the post says "price is firm" and you are not willing to pay that price please move on.
I WILL NOT SHIP ANIMALS WHEN IT IS UNSAFE TO DO SO. There are windows for safe shipping all year, every year.
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. If there is a doa i will need picture and/or video proof. I also reserve the right to ask for the return of the specimen. No refund will ever be given on a live animal without returning the animal to me first.
When buying just send me your email and i will send you an invoice.
Once paid i will ask for your address and phone number for shipping.
Once we set up a day for shipping it will be shipped if you do not hear from me. If there is a problem i will let you know.
I ALWAYS send tracking once the animal is shipped so please do not message asking for tracking.
Do not make an offer if you are not prepared to pay for it.
