Guarantees / Return Policy
All our gecko's will be fully health checked and deemed in optimum health and feeding on both pangea and Repashy gecko diets and live food before we offer them for sale.
Deposits on our geckos are strictly none refundable unless we have an issue our end. Once deposit has been paid the full amount is then due within 4 weeks, if payment is not recieved in the agreed time the gecko will go back up for sale and you will loose your deposit. Once your gecko(s) have been paid in full, you have commited to the animal and these terms. Geckos have a 7 day health guarantee, this may seem a short time but I can not be held responsible for conditions I have no control over like errors in husbandry. Please so your research before you buy. I am more than happy to awnser your questions and offer support throughout the lifetime of your animal and remember there are no stupid questions!
Geckos sold as unsexed unless otherwise stated.
I may ocassionally offer animals as presumed male or female after pore sexing, this is usually about 90% accurate once babies hit about 12g but there is no guarantee.
All available Geckos are sold on a first come first served basis,however I reserve the right to refuse a sale if I do not think the buyer has adequate knowledge or enclosures.
