Store Policy
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed. If any issues arise, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. (Always take pics of your new arrival for any future reference)
Shipping:
Animals will be shipped next day delivery only. We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, excluding holidays. We will only guarantee orders shipped to your home or business when temperature lows are above 40f degrees and highs below 95f degrees. If weather conditions are outside of those temperatures, the package must be shipped to a local FedEx hub for pickup.
Live arrival guaranteed. We guarantee every animal we ship will be well packaged in an insulated box with necessary heat or cool packs, as well as phase packs. Live arrival guarantee will be voided if no one is present for first attempted delivery by FedEx, changes in shipping are made without our involvement or providing incorrect delivery address.
Customer is responsible to know their local laws prior to shipping. We will refuse to sell any animals to a location where they are not legal to be kept. Species that require permits will be shipped only after proof of permit is shown.
Conditions:
When your new pet shows up, please take a photo of it and send it to us at [email protected] to confirm the condition it arrived in.
We will always try our best to have handle-able animals, but we can't guarantee it. We will always represent the animals and their personality as clearly as possible, but shipping, a new home, and stress can cause their temperament to change.
Returns. We work diligently to represent the animals clearly and provide the best quality we can. If there is an issue with the reptile you received within the first 24 hours or you received the wrong animal, we will cover the shipping charges on the return. All other returns, shipping will be paid buy the customer. Shipping costs depend on location.

Payment Plans:
We offer a 14 day plan. This requires a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and the remaining balance to be paid off within 14 days. If you have any other questions please let us know.
