TERMS OF SERVICE/GUARANTEE
Every animal we produce at Exotic Empire is guaranteed to be healthy, accurately sexed, feeding well, and honestly represented to the best of our knowledge. You can feel safe that your animal has been cared for properly and is prepared to be handled immediately upon arrival.
The animals health is guaranteed ONLY for 24 hours after arrival, as we do not have control of what shipping company does upon arrival or the environment they choose to keep the animal in. We ask that you arrive promptly to pick up your animal upon delivery time to insure the safety and survival of your animal! Please contact us once your animal has been picked up from carrier. If any issues within 24 hours of arrival please reach out promptly. If no response in that time, it is assumed that the transaction is complete and the buyer satisfied with purchase. PAYMENT
**ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED! NO EXCEPTIONS!** We will not hold any animals for anyone at anytime without a deposit!!!
All buyers MUST BE 18 years of age OR have parental permission to purchase an animal.
Payment can be made through square, cash app, venmo, zelle, or Paypal.
Payment MUST be made in full before the animal is shipped, no exceptions.
If you wish for us to hold any animal for a discussed duration of time, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid first. And the remainder before the animal is shipped.
SHIPPING
Animals are shipped Mon-Wed via Reptiles 2you, redline shipping, Reptiles Express or Ship Your Reptiles (FedEx Priority Overnight) when temperature and weather permit. Shipping is done between 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit – If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is VOID.
Dead on arrival (DOA) animals must be reported within 2 hours of arrival. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures, videos and/or return of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
