Store Policy
-Payment options in store include debit, credit, and cash transactions.
-Payment options online are done through Square via payable Square invoice that will be sent to your email
-Shipping is done via FedEx express overnight shipping to your home
-Buyer pays shipping
-We are not responsible for FedEx delays, however, temperature control in shipment boxes are included to regulate temps for 72 hours
-We have a 2 week guarantee on all live animals
-DOA reports must be made within 6 hours of receiving the animal, sent via email, including photos of the animal that arrived DOA
-All warranties are void if the animal isn't received on the first delivery attempt
-Live arrival guarantee is void if temperatures here (Savannah, Georgia) or at your destination are below 45 degrees or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
