Store Policy
Payment:
Must be 18 years old to purchase. I send out invoices that offer a wide variety of payment methods available. 3% added on for fees.
Shipping:
I ship FedEx Overnight (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to buyers nearest hub. The day of shipping will depend on the schedule of the buyer and the weather conditions. I drop off all packages at my local FedEx hub to avoid them sitting on a truck all day. Contact for shipping quote. DOA must be reported within 1 hour delivery. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss for any home delivery or if buyer fails to obtain animal within 4 hours of hub delivery.
Payment Plans:
I offer payment plans with a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold the animal. The payment plan duration will depend on the price of the snake and the initial amount of the down payment. I am flexible and willing to work with you! Once the duration of the plan is up and the animals are not paid off, they will be relisted until paid off or sold. Store credit will be issued, deposit will be lost. If buyer backs out of sale, 20% non refundable deposit will not be refunded. If seller backs out of sale, 100% of money will be refunded, even anything labeled non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferrable (which is also known as backing out of sale of specific animal) and no payment plans under $200.
Auctions:
Auctions are to be paid in full within one business day. Shipping is free over $1000 and calculated based on zip code if under the $1000. 3% to be added on for fees just like with normal purchasing.
Returns:
Returns are not offered at this time. All sales final.
Guarantee:
I guarantee snakes will arrive to you healthy and honestly represented to the best of my ability. The sex of the animal is guaranteed, claim period is one day. Live arrival is only guaranteed to FedEx hub. I fully guarantee and back my recessive genetics. In the case of incomplete dom animals, I will do my best to identify them to the exact gene combo, but will let the customer know when there is some uncertainty remaining. Please be aware that due to increased project complexity, certain animals require an educated guess to identify and thus incomplete dom genetics cannot be 100% guaranteed.
