Store Policy
Guarantees:
All of our animals are sold with sex and genetics guaranteed as well as a 100% satisfaction and health guarantee. We strongly recommend that you allow the animal to get acquainted with its new environment before feeding.
--All animals have a live arrival guarantee (unless you are not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt). If your animal is dead on arrival you must contact us immediately. An email/text/message with the photo of the animal must be sent within one hour of arrival and signature for a full refund.
--We accept PayPal, cash, money order, Square invoices, and checks. We will not ship the snake until the funds have cleared. Buyer pays shipping unless stated otherwise.
--We accept payment plans, there is a 25% nonrefundable down payment of the price of the animal and a 2 month period for payments. We will not ship the animal unless it has been paid in full.
