Store Policy
Shipping
Snakes will be shipped weather permitting. Shipping will be done Monday-Wednesday only by FedEx Priority overnight. We will only ship when temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees. Shipping will be arranged after point of sale.
Payment plans
These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 25% nonrefundable deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan on a specific animal.
Guarantee
Live arrival, sex and health are guaranteed. We recommend having animals held for pickup at FedEx hub but can ship door to door. Live arrival is guaranteed if picked up from FedEx hub before 11AM local time or accepted on first delivery attempt. Late pickups or missed delivery attempts void the guarantee. If in a rare case there is a DOA. We must be notified within a hour of pickup VIA Email,Text, FB, or a phone call. Pictures will be required. Money will be refunded only for the purchase of the animal.
Genetics
Due to the increasing complexity of genetic combos we cannot guarantee incomplete dominate genes, however recessive and hets are always 100% guaranteed.

We accept Cash, Money Order, Check and PayPal. Payment has to clear before animal is shipped.
