About Fairly Odd Reptiles
We are a DUO that loves reptiles! It started out as a hobby and hope to make it a living. We work with ball pythons, blue tongue skinks, hognoses, and leopard geckos.
Store Policy
Before making any purchases, please read our TOS in its entirety. If you have any questions, please let us know and we’ll be happy to answer them. By placing an order, you agree to our TOS below.
TERMS OF SALE
Guarantee
We guarantee all animals to be in perfect health and to be as described in the listings. All issues and concerns must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the animal. After 24 hours of receiving said animal, it is up to you to do your due diligence.
Shipping
All animals listed will need to be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight (through ShipYourReptiles) within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated based on location.
All shipments will only be made once we’ve confirmed the order, shipping address/contact information, and that someone will be available to receive the animal. Signature is required. If you have a signature release for FedEx shipments, the live arrival guarantee is voided and you will assume all liability.
We only ship on Tuesday or Wednesday via SYR to guarantee the animal getting to you on time. We only ship to your nearest FedEx hub, however you can choose to ship to home, which will waive your live arrival guarantee. We only ship when temperatures are above 40 and below 90 degrees *F for live arrival guarantee.
We will not ship your animal until we confirm the order, shipping address and time with you. We do ask that you notify us as soon as you receive the animal and pics are always welcome!
If any issues occur, please notify us within 2 hours of receiving the package. We will investigate each case and make a decision based on the timestamps and proof. Pictures of the package, animal, and receipt will be required in making any decision. Any notification outside of this time frame will nullify all guarantees.
International Shipping
We are not doing any international shipments at this time. Once we do open this option, we will update our TOS.
Payment
All prices listed include FedEx Priority Overnight (SYR).
Payments Plans are available on purchases of $300 or more. Any animal listed below $300 requires payment in full. The minimum deposit is 25% of the listed price and is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another listed animal that we have up for sale for one time only. See plans below:
$300-$500
25% due immediately
Rest of payment is due within 14 days
$500-1000
25% due immediately
Rest of payment due within 30 days
$1000+
25% due immediately
Rest of payment due within 60 days
All payments will be invoiced through PP and the payment plan will be listed once confirmed. Reminders will be sent as discussed. You may either pay it throughout the time frame or the lump sum at the end of the date we agreed upon.
All payments must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals. If you should default on a payment plan, all payments are non-refundable. The deposit may be transferred to another animal once only.
Returns
Fairly Odd Reptiles does not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the animal was DOA or in extreme cases. All cases will be reviewed.
