Store Policy
**Due to current shipping conditions we will only be shipping out Tuesdays and Wednesdays for next day delivery to a FedEx hub.**
*We can still ship out on Mondays and Thursdays and to residential addresses but it is at the buyers discretion and without insurance on their package. Mondays are catch up days for FedEx from the week before so they can get very busy which can delay packages, and if a package gets delayed on a Thursday shipment the package will not arrive until the next Monday, which is unacceptable. There have been many breeders who have had delays and even completely lost packages. Our animals are our #1 priority and we don't want to put them though more stress than necessary. We hope conditions will improve soon! Thank you so much for understanding!*
Guarantees
Health is guaranteed. Every animal shipped will be the one pictured in the ad. We guarantee our genetics, however it can be difficult to judge 100% on multi-gene animals. In these instances, we use our best judgement based on the genetics involved in the pairing. We will send a certificate with the pairing, picture of parents, hatch date and etc. We also guarantee the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
Feeding
All snakes shipped will be eating strongly and on live rats unless otherwise stated, we would love to work with any preferences you may have on different prey types (Frozen thawed, mice, asf, etc.).
Shipping
All shipping will be done through www.ShipYourReptiles.com. You can get a quote for shipping on their website, our zipcode is 77015, we usually ship our hatchlings using 7x7x6 in boxes that weigh 3 Ibs.
All animals will be packed appropriately, secured and insured properly and shipped with all necessary labeling and documentation.
We ship FedEx Priority Overnight, Monday through Thursday only; we do not ship when temperatures are below 38 degrees or above 100 degrees at either the origin or destination locations, this is done for the safety of the animal during transit.
If incorrect shipping information is given, the guarantees are void; if animals are shipped directly to your door, you must be there to accept the package, or the guarantees are void; if picking them up from a facility, you must do so within two hours or guarantees are void.
If you are unsatisfied in any way, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
We are not responsible for fedex problems or non deliveries.
Arrival
If dead on arrival, or DOA, you must send a picture and notify us within an hour of receiving the package. If everything seems alright, we recommend placing the animal in an enclosure with water but not heat, quick temperature changes can send the animal into shock. Let the animal come to room temp for around an hour then turn on the correct heating. We recommend not handling or attempting to feed your new snake for a week, shipping is very stressful for them and they need to be comfortable in their environment before they will eat.
Returns and Refunds
Faith In Reptiles does not accept returns or refunds on live animal purchases unless the animal was DOA or violated our animal guarantee. We are willing to work with you on any concerns you may have.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle. Payment plans can be set up on animals over $300. 25% is due as a non refundable down payment for holding the animal. The typical plans offered are for 30 or 60 days. Please inquire if you are interested in a payment plan.
