Store Policy
I am FedEx certified through ShipYourReptiles.com, and local pick-up is available in Dallas, TX. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis with a 25% nonrefundable deposit required to place the animal on hold. Animals are shipped out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays weather permitting and held at the FedEx hub for in-person pickup. Animals are guaranteed to be alive and healthy upon arrival (per ShipYourReptiles policy, packages must be picked up within four hours of arrival at the FedEx hub for the live animal guarantee to apply). Recessive genes (visual and 100% hets) and correct sex are guaranteed. Due to the complexity of accurate identification of all genes involved in multi-gene combos, some dominant and incomplete dominant traits cannot be guaranteed, but are represented as accurately and conservatively as possible based on experience.
