About
We are a husband and wife team that loves animals. We developed an obsession with the ball python morphs. We also are mildly obsessed with Sulcata tortoises (normal and ivory) and Leopard tortoises. We strive to produce quality animals and ensure they are well taken care of before they are sent to their new homes.
Store Policy
PAYMENT PLANS:
These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 25% nonrefundable deposit and the balance within 30-90 days.
SHIPPING POLICY
$50 - $100 FedEx Next Day Air Monday - Thursday
At Farland Exotics your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) from purchase.
Note: Our shipping days are Monday – Thursday and NEVER include Friday – Sunday. If temperatures at the FedEx hub located in Memphis, TN or the destination zip code are under (Overnight Low) 40°F or over 99°F we will not ship as it is not safe for the animals. We will ship on the next available shipping day that temperatures allow.
Note: We do not ship outside of the United States or to the following: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.
Live Animal Shipping
Note: FedEx does not require a signature to leave the package. Farland Exotics is not responsible for any package once it has been tendered to FedEx. If you are not going to be available to receive the package we recommend adding a specific date on the order notes to receive it or choose the FedEx hold for pickup option.
All live animals ship Mon-Thurs for $50 - $100 via FedEx overnight service with morning arrival.
We offer a hold for pickup option that can be selected during checkout. Simply check the box next to “Hold Animals For Pickup at Fedex Location!” You will then be able to add your zip code and search for the closest location that accepts this package type. Once you choose the location you want the Order Notes will populate “Hold Animals for Pickup at FedEx Location” Along with the closest pickup location based on the location you chose. Live animal orders ship business days Monday through Thursday with the exception of holidays and weather related events. Note: Weather conditions are taken into consideration both for the hub as well as the final destination to determine if animals will be shipped.
We guarantee the sex of the animal to match what was stated at the time the animal was sold.
Once inspected and accepted the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Farland Exotics will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer for the maintenance and upkeep of the animal.
