Here at Fierce Geckos we are a family based business and we pride ourselves in our collection of top quality leopard geckos. It is our mission to provide our customers with exceptional service and to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. If you are not happy we will guarantee to make it right. We do our best to ensure that our geckos are of the upmost quality and 100% healthy. Store Policy
*Store policy*
We thrive for 100% satisfaction and if you are not happy we will do our best to make it that way. If you are not satisfied we will refund you 100% guaranteed.
Geckos are available on a first come first serve basis. Contact us to secure your order or place a 30% deposit.
Fierce Geckos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whom we feel is not prepared to properly care for our geckos. If you're a new hobbyist please let us know so that we can assist you with your setup before your gecko's arrival.
*To Purchase*
-You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental permission to purchase from us.
-We accept payments by Pay-Pal, cashiers checks, postal money orders, and personal checks. All checks must clear in our account for 10 days before shipment. Note: You do not need to have a Pay-Pal account to use your credit card through Pay-Pal and all payments are secure through Pay-Pal and is the preferred option due to it being very easy to use.
*Temp Holds, Deposits & Cancellations*
-You have a 30 day hold on your gecko with a 30% non-refundable. If full payment is not received within 30 days all deposits will be forfeited and non-refundable.
-Your satisfaction is our #1 goal, so if you have any circumstances that come up please contact us to make reasonable arrangements.
*Shipping*
-We guarantee live arrival within the U.S.
-Geckos will be shipped once they reach 15 grams or more.
-Shipping costs can change depending on location.
-Once payment has been received and processed, we will contact you to coordinate shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided so that you can check your package's status online.
-We ship via FED-EX Priority Overnight, Monday-Wednesday (please allow 48 hours to make arrangements).
-We ship our geckos in styrofoam insulated boxes, with or without heat packs or cool packs, as needed to keep them safe.
-We reserve the right to postpone shipment until weather conditions are favorable for a safe arrival(we will not ship in temperatures below 36F or above 92F).
-We do not require a signature for delivery, do to the fact that the gecko will most likely be delayed on arrival for another day, often the following day, which could prove lethal at unsuitable temperatures (let us know if you'd like us to make different arrangements).
-Animals will not be guaranteed for live arrival unless someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Packages left outside in the sun or cold will not be guaranteed. FedEx typically delivers by 10:30 a.m., but sometimes they're early & delays do occur as well, please plan accordingly.
*Our Guarantee*
-We guarantee our geckos to be 100% healthy & as described, top quality, accurately represented in their photos, parasite free, and feeding well at the time they are shipped.
-We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If dissatisfied with your gecko, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your gecko to replace it, or for a refund. If you choose to return your gecko, you are responsible for all expenses and arrangements necessary to safely ship the gecko.
-We guarantee the health of your gecko or geckos for 14 days from the time you receive it, as long as the proper husbandry is being used.
We guarantee our geckos to be sexed properly, unless sold as temperature-sexed.
-We guarantee the genetic bloodlines of our geckos to be accurate as described.
-Guarantee for live arrival is void if someone is not available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, and/or if any shipping problems are not reported by email or phone within one hour from the delivery time. Geckos left outside will not be guaranteed.
-We handle our geckos on a regular basis, however we can not guarantee our geckos temperament, as this can change with development and during the breeding season. Some Geckos during this part of the year do get aggressive due to breeding and part of there nature.
