After receiving the snake I found out that the picture and information listed on the website were outdated by roughly seven months. Yes the snake was bigger than described which I am fine with, the color was was very different which is misleading. - Aug. 11, 2020

I assumed you would have been a responsible business owner and kept your listings current. An honest seller would have been more up front if the listing was out dated. If you expect your customers to do all the work for you, your business will die. - Aug. 18, 2020

Very disrespectful buyer. He was upset I would not ship the snakes to his house when it was over 90 degrees and delivery time was by 4:30pm. He was refunded and still continued with name calling and threats. - Jun. 03, 2020
