About
We are a small breeder of CB reptiles in central Florida. We specialize in high quality ball python morphs and have been keeping and breeding ball pythons since 2005.
Store Policy
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, credit cards, and U.S. Postal Money Orders sent with a tracking number. Cash is also accepted for local pick-up in the Tampa Bay, FL area. Payment plans are sometimes available for larger purchases with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Payments must be made at least every 30 days and animals must be paid off within 90 days. Payment plans are negotiated on an individual basis at the discretion of FireStorm Reptiles.
SHIPPING: We ship FedEx Priority overnight through Ship Your Reptiles. Shipping is done Mon. - Wed. weather permitting. Shipping through Ship Your Reptiles ranges from $33 - $125 (domestic) depending on the weight of the package and distance it must travel. It is possible to get a shipping estimate by going to https://www.shipyourreptiles.com, click on get a free shipping quote and use the ship from zip code of 33805 and your zip code. I ship smaller ball pythons in a 12"x 9"x 6" box which usually weighs 2 pounds. Adults, sub adults, or multi-animal orders inquire and I will provide a shipping estimate. Heat packs, cold packs, or Phase 22 Cryopacks are used as needed at no additional cost. Residential delivery is available weather permitting, but only for locations where FedEx guarantees delivery by 10:30am. A person must be available at the delivery address on the first delivery attempt to physically accept the package or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. During weather extremes, animals must be shipped to and picked up from a FedEx staffed Shipping Center. Animals shipped to a FedEx staffed shipping center must be picked up within 2 hours of availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
We are not responsible for carrier delays. On-time and Live Arrival Insurance claims are handled through Ship Your Reptiles.
OUR GUARANTEE: Live arrival, health, sex, and genetics are guaranteed. In the event of a DOA, we must be notified within (1) hour of delivery so that we can arrange for a refund or replacement. A picture of the deceased animal will be required.
