About
We are a Husband and Wife that love reptiles. Alex is a marine business owner and Sandra is a nurse at a local hospital in our area, together we are Florida Born Exotics. FLBE came about from a mutual love for reptiles. We enjoy the process of nurturing and creating. We find that our animals bring us a great sense of peace and calmness, that is why we would love to share this experience with you. We are passionate about our animals and take pride in the quality of animals we produce.
Store Policy
Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including credit card, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, wire transfer, and money orders / certified checks. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Payment Plans Offered:
Payment plan Option 1:
This payment option requires a 20% deposit and the full balance to be paid within 30-60 days. With this plan, Florida Born Exotics will provide all husbandry for said animal. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. Any payment passed 10 days from due date, will acquire a late payment fee of $25.00. Any payments past 30 days, is subject to forfeiture of animal(s) and buyer will not receive any refunds of any kind. All sales are final.
Payment plan Option 2:
This payment option requires 20% down and 4 payments of the remaining balance. With this plan, the buyer must pay for the husbandry of said animal. The cost associated with husbandry will be $20 a month. Please inquire about a plan specific to this animal. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. Any payment passed 10 day from due date will acquire a late payment fee of $25.00. Any payments past 30 days, is subject to forfeiture and buyer will not receive any refunds of any kind. All sales are final.
Payment plan example: If you buy an animal that cost $1000.00, then your deposit will be $200.00 and you will have 4 remaining payments of $200 each month there after.
Health Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.

Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Florida Born Exotics backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Florida Born Exotics is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Florida Born Exotics goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then Florida Born Exotics may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Florida Born Exotics guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Florida Born Exotics guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Florida Born Exotics guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Florida Born Exotics guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), Florida Born Exotics is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Florida Born Exotics is not responsible for animal temperament.
10. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant, co-dominant genes in our animals. 11. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always fully guaranteed.
